Hello,
I have been using Express Scribe v.6.00 since summer with a new PC running Win10 and have had no issues. This weekend there were issues. The program is running but I cannot hear any audio, with or without headphones. I looked online & people seem to complain that after a Win10 update they started having issues. I have written the company but so far have not had a response. I know the files work okay by using another PC running Win7 and another version of Express Scribe. Has anyone else run into this issue with Win10 and how did you solve it?
The second question, if you are not using Express Scribe, what else is there to use that works well?
