but if you are uncertain, leave a blank where the dose is and flag for verification. Personally, if 0.005 mg was dictated clearly, I wouldn't question it, but if you have doubts, blank and flag to be on the safe side. A reason for such a small dose could be a very low-weight adult or previous experience that this low dose is sufficient for this particular patient. We don't know that, though.
