i would love to pick it up reports. I do not understand those messages either. For one my account is now seems to empty, since the India manager take over. It was the one where they took partials away first. I was getting decent amount of whole reports. Now this week hardly nothing. i am starting to wonder since India managers are in control, can they just send to to their own county? I feel like I might be doing overflow or whenever knew doctor comes to system that India does not know how to do because machine has not learned. I get those. I have 2 other accounts, one only dictates once a week and the other seems like weekends. I would love to pick up extra reports
