I would LOVE to work under those circumstances!! I score 100% on my audits but even after 18 years I sometimes fall below my LPH requirement because I'm on unfamiliar accounts and I'm taking the time to read the client specs and research. Especially at this time of year, when work volume is low at MM. I envy you being able to say that. It is the way our profession SHOULD be and always was. P.S. Even at MModal, I appreciate my QA's. I have been offered the position many times but I am afraid all I will get is India work, which I have heard is horrible. But I learn so much from the good ones, even with all my years' experience!
