records were finally available to calculate. They stood by their claim though that only certain platforms qualified for the other bonus though. One of the exhibits in the suit is the memo that had been posted and then removed from Enrich where it did not spell out only specific platforms qualified. I'd give my right arm to see Nuance explain to a judge just exactly how their grid and pay system works and is designed for patient care, popcorn worthy really!
