Anyone else wondering what exactly the OMs do all day? They certainly don't answer emails except to keep saying how accounts are transferring to other teams to make room for new accounts. Really? Anyone seen any new accounts? Anyone actually had any work? Crazy with the flu filling up hospitals around the country that we have no work consistently. Crazier still is that these foolish managers somehow think their jobs will last any longer than the transcriptionists and editors they're screwing over by going along with this nonsense. The POC folks don't even respond to OOW messages anymore.
