First of all, what all of the former employees are saying is 100% true and accurate. I worked there for 4-5 years and also had many late paychecks, 2 pay cuts, and lack of work, despite my repeated requests for more work. And, no, you will NOT find nepotism "anywhere." I have worked for many, many different companies over the years and none of them had nepotism. If you are satisfied with being paid late and not knowing when your direct deposit will show up, good for you. The rest of us expect much better.
