Our BoB has had this a long time - CEMT

I am used to it now. I do think it probably helps the second report in the queue get returned back faster, but it doesn't really matter to me anymore either way. How do you have time to waste during the day without falling under the minimum LPH? Mine is usually great but it falls really low when volume is like it is now. Very frustrating. But the 1 report at a time thing is not to single anyone out. A lot of entire groups have had it a long time.
