From a QA perspective - anon

I do QA on an account and I am amazed at MTs missing whole phases. Most of the docs on the account that I QA for are American English-speaking docs and even the ESL docs are not bad. I see MTs missing terms that should be "MT101." I had one person that typed mCi instead of mmHg. Medications and terminology that could be EASILY found if they would slow down a bit and do RESEARCH; so yeah "ding, ding,ding!"
