Used to work for Nuance. When the 'no blanks' rule came out, I quit. I took that to mean that they want me to guess and don't care if I'm not sure. Also they don't care about patient safety. The 'no blanks' just brought my pay down to completely unacceptable. I am no longer an MT but feel y'all's pain. Would tell everyone to please try as hard as you can to get out. This profession is now in such a sad state....believe all companies want to go completely human free, computers only. Good luck with that.
