Do you suppose "the client" knows that we are penalized for leaving blanks? I wonder if that would change anything if they knew. Of course, that this no blank policy comes from "the client" is obviously a lie. How could it be that suddenly ALL of Nuance's clients want zero blanks? Makes no sense. It's simply Nuance screwing us out of our hard-earned money, once again. Maybe some of the clients have made the no blanks request. Still, that this is company wide, with all accounts there or moving toward no blanks, tells me all I need to know.
