It is a neutral word. It can't be considered inaccurate since everyone says it during a pause to fill air time. It will work especially well with the foreigners. They don't remember what they dictate anyway. Most of them regurgitate what is found in the H&P. It cannot be misconstrued as a wrong number or word. It takes the blame off you. Voila!
