The times they've needed to tell me something, it's been very kind and respectful and when I've done a good job, they let me know that as well.
I was off QA very quickly after I started with them. Yes, we get lots of emails about stats, job backlogs, etc., but if it's not in the hours I've committed to, I ignore it.
Overall, it's a pretty good company so far. The MT industry as a whole is going away - there's no way around that any more. This is a PT job for me now and I'm finding it's one of the better experiences I've had in terms of MTSOs.
