I believe I interviewed with them a couple of years or so ago for a part-time/side gig, but I was turned off by the fact that they did not offer direct deposit and only paid via Paypal. I need my pay to go to my actual bank account, NOT Paypal. That was a pretty big red flag for me and is what ultimately made me decide not to take a position with them, that and how complicated and tedious the entire onboarding process sounded. It sounded like a lot of ridiculous hoops to jump through just to get started. And "software rental???" Really??? That is completely pathetic. I would've told them to take their software and shove it. I'm definitely glad that I passed on them.
