coding will be offshored, but I am saying that coding will now be looked at as a possible revenue killer and automatic program coding will be the next great thing, just like speech recognition...yeah, right.

I have stated in many of my posts that the demise of our profession breaks my heart, but until jobs are brought back into the States, or factory jobs are back in full force, or the insurance/healthcare costs are reduced, then nothing will stop hospitals from reducing their employees and force those who remain to do the jobs of five people.
