A few years ago I worked for them doing an account I was very familiar with and I had 20 years experience in the specialty. Therefore I found it highly suspicious that I could not understand what QA could and when I questioned them on this, I was told that QA hears the dictation with much higher sound quality than the MTs have to deal with. Of course, they keep this to themselves to try to reduce your confidence level while trying to convince you that you are doing a lousy job.
