I am not in a position to quit, but the "blame the victim" thing by Nuance is infuriating.

I do not want to be their victim, if they want to get rid of me I'm not gonna make it easy for them.

Just wondering what the process is when I probably won't improve by much, so do I then get let go and if I do will I be able to get unemployment?
