I want to approach them with a deal where they can be reassured they'll get the rent on time, make sure the house is in order, no property damage, etc. This is a huge management co., do I have any recourse?
I see an atty tomorrow, he wants $1000, I need to pay it, i face homelessness, and you can't type in a shelter, or I could even end up in a psych ward, very scared.
Can you reason with a large mngmt co. who won't renew your lease b/c of several late payments/couple NSFs plus a sloppy apartment seen by them once or twice?
Frightened to death...
