I've had them dictate while driving but the ultimate I had was I had a doctor who was dictating and it was in a field and I could hear crunching in the background. I thought maybe he was eating chips or something like that. All of a sudden I heard someone yell "ROOSTER!" and then gunfire. This doctor was dictating in a field while in a hunting group hunting pheasants. The crunching I was hearing was their walking through switch grass which is a dry grass that crunches when you walk on it. My only thought was I hope they missed and the pheasant got away. I know about dictating while they're driving. It is a PITA.
