domestic MTSO/vendors. In the beginning, Nuance MTs were told and were given a choice to go with the new company, but looks like now it's being done with no notification (Nuance gives a percentage of the work away as the MTSO is becoming familiar with the account, until eventually they take the account over - which means on the Nuance end the work flow starts to slow until it disappears suddenly).
