New BC OM does not answer emails? - MTmom

Has anyone else been having he problem that the new OM on BC does not answer emails or is it just mine?  He is never on Spark and no matter what I email I never get an answer.  I know he still works there since we got the approve timesheets email from him just yesterday.  Don't get me wrong, it is nice not to get little nagging emails all the time, but some contact might be nice, especially when I have a question.
