companies who are subcontracted to and offer pay at 2 and 3 cents per line. I don't know about you, but VR really has not gotten all that great and I've been at it for 10 years. Think about it, they claim it doubles production but if that were the case, even if we are paid less per line, should we not be making that up in the stellar (sarcasm) performance of VR? Instead our salaries have gone down. We all know offshore workers are not held to the near 100% that we have to put out but I supposed when they are only paying them even less that us, the MTSOs don't really care what their quality is.
