Before accepting IC rates consider this....sm - Just me

I was just looking at another site and saw MT positions for IC rates of 6 cpl for transcription and 3 cpl for editing. Please before accepting these wages do realize that this is equalivalent to 4 cpl for transcription and 1 cpl for editing when you calculate the value of the benefits and matching SS/Medicare taxes. If people will refuse to accept these wages they will have to raise the rates!
