There are Word Help questions I will not answer. If I can find the answer in less than 30 seconds via Google or in basic, standard reference materials (that every MT should have), there is no reason why the person asking the question cannot find the answer and no reason I should waste my time responding.
I agree that there are more and more really basic queries turning up on the Word Help forum. It is starting to look like the "I'm too lazy to bother to find the answer myself" forum. I no longer answer any Word Help questions.
