By your post, it sounds like you either didn't bother to read the other posts or chose to ignore the info within them.
They all pretty much say the same thing: Increased minimum wage results in HIGHER PRICES and LAYOFFS.
It doesn't matter if that is the FEDERAL or the STATE minimum wage, the economic impacts are the same. (I think you're suggesting that if EVERYONE had a higher/standardized [federal] minimum wage, we would all "prosper." If so, reread the posts here and THINK.)
