Letting go is very hard and I can sympathize with every MT out there, including myself, but it is a reality and has been for a very long time, that this is not a good job any longer, at least not in the sense of working at home for services.
I am retired and collect SS and do MT work as supplement and still cringe at what I am paid and what I am expected to do, but other than that, if I had to depend on my job for my sole income, I would definitely find something else. I know it is hard and there are always circumstances, but once upon a time, there were no WAH jobs and you HAD to go out to work and somehow managed.
Please for you sake and your family, find something else and leave this behind.
I know we come here to vent and that is good, but when it comes to actually making a living and surviving, you have to get it together and get a real job. This line of work has destroyed more MTs than I care to think about. People are treated better in prison.
