that the companies who use Indian staff and tell the clients who insist that their work be done on shore are lying when they assure them it will stay on shore. They send it all to India and hide that fact by sending thru a US QA or other process and they are concealing it from their clients.

I feel this is true of all companies with off-shore staffing.

IMO.
