anything you can get, as well as prepared to risk wasting time interviewing and testing, and installing their software, then being given maybe 5 jobs to do at a time to be QA'd, and then told you're not suitable for the job.
They want absolute perfection after only a bare minimum of training. If those first jobs you do are not next to perfect, you'll be let go immediately.
CR is in a rush, pushes the training thru in less than half an hour and you're supposed to be ready to go. SN is an absolute broomstick jockey, very harsh and critical on QA.
Try it if you like, I hope your results are better than many of us who've posted here before. It's not just one disgruntled MT who "couldn't make it" but it's many people who had the same bad experience.
