Not talking about MTs or nasty people in general. Talking about managers who do ILLEGAL things and then insist on being nasty. Example: A person is an IC. The manager is NASTY because the IC is trying to act as an IC, that is not kept to a particular micromanaging schedule. Manager belittles and stalks IC phone,IM, e mails, where are you where are you and goes off the deep end. This kind of nasty. Regular people do not do this. MTs do not do this. Parents do not do this. ILLEGAL behavior and then being nasty about it that is just wrong.
