This is not rhetorical, I am really wondering why - MT

Why are MTSO managers so darn nasty? There must be some kind of pathology to this. I just came off a great account, but man that manager was insane. She even admitted she was having a bad day. Well we have bad days too but we aren't allowed to let it show in our quality of work. Why are these bipolar micromanagers allowed to handle us so poorly. I do not know why time after time it is the same story. We show up. All we want is a fair wage and what is agreed upon and then we are micromanaged to death. Especially IC. What is so amazing is they know they are wrong! Merry Christmas to us all. Somewhere in this business there HAS to be an upright manager, SOMEWHERE!
