I was audited on a dictator that is barely understandable and they got me for 0.25 for transcribing a repeated phrase. It makes me wonder if the auditors could have even understood anything he said at all before that!!! I was going to challenge, but I did not want the auditor to take a second look because the whole job could be scrutinized.
