Thanks for the sympathy. So fed up. There is a particular doctor who is new to me and I have had at least 2 of his reports every day I worked since switching from E5. He is actually pretty good, but when he reads labs and med dosages, it sounds like he is holding the phone between his ear and shoulder, so it becomes extremely muffled and hard to differentiate 2/3, 4/5, etc, yet the MLS gets penalized.
