Better pay than most places and flexible schedule are the only pros.
Cons are tons of specs that QA is inconsistent about marking up, always tinkering with the specs and other things that hinder productivity, managers and TLs are unprofessional, feel like they look for ways to make it harder & not easier to get the job done.
