After weeks of getting less than part time hours, repeatedly emailing OM requesting work, or hours to make up work, and being totally ignored... I'm DONE. Got offered another job, full time, hourly. Of course, as soon as I sent my resignation email, OM freaked out and offered me two more accounts if I'd stay. Sorry, I've been asking nearly daily, for weeks. Been on partial unemployment to keep from losing everything. I've always been high on the pay grid (with the exception of the odd stupid error), never been late or missed a shift. I'm a good employee, and good at my job. Your loss, Nuance.
