MTSOs with VA accounts have routinely been vague with their MTs about exactly how their pay is calculated. Absent a clear understanding of the formula (or even the hourly PAY rates, for goodness sake), an MT cannot be expected to be able to verify they are receiving the correct amount in each paycheck. Past posts by some Alpha MTs indicate this is the case for them.
Can you think of more than one reason an MTSO would not want to be crystal clear in explaining the precise process by which they arrive at an MT's gross pay? I can't.
