I am actively searching. It took a lot for me to get to even the point of actively looking. I'm terrified for several reasons. But my decision has been made. I can no longer tolerate money being STOLEN from me that I EARNED. On a recent audit, I made a "critical error" in the pulse rate--I heard 62, auditor heard 63. Based on that ONE thing, I scored a 97% and we all know what that does to one's pay at Nuance. It's robbery, no two ways about it. Between those sorts of things and being penalized in pay via the punitive no blanks rule when there are plenty of times the blanks are flat-out NOT solvable thanks to mush-mouthed/horrible and inaccurate dictators, I just can't take it anymore. The stress and misery and paltry paychecks have become absolutely unbearable.
