Just MTSOs in general who can and do get away with low pay, no work available, using independent contractors so they can shirk monetary responsibilities, etc. A lot of them "paid good wages" before the landscape changed (with Nuance setting the wage level for virtually everybody). Who pays good wages now? My guess is NOBODY.
