I owned my small company back in the early 90s, looong before MT went downhill.
My employees WERE employees who were paid the standard, going rate - which was half of what I charged clients. Again, STANDARD. Yes, there was IT support as well as constructive QA.
Don't blame me for what YOU have *allowed* MTSOs to "do" to you. (Sounds like 100% VICTIM whining.) I had nothing to do with that as I was long out of the biz by then.
