By "clients," I think you mean other MTSOs, correct?
SMALL companies don't have a direct line to India! And SMALL companies simply CANNOT afford to CAN all their MTs! Larger MTSOs, now thst's a different picture.
What's hilarious to me is that I heard the same LAME excuses in the MT field over 20 years ago! I tried to explain to my SHEEP coworkers that if we ALL went down to HR to complain, we wouldn't be fired! And I got the same LAME response as on this board.
MTs are WIMPS, pure and simple.
