Quite awhile back, our OM told us we could use the Admin punch to work on miscellaneous Nuance desk tasks, like checking Enrich, company email reading and responses,viewing FIESA, B mode requests and documentation, etc. I was not told that we had to break it down or explain anything. So nearly every day I use it as needed, just being careful not to go over 15 minutes. I've never been questioned about my usage, and am always paid for it. I'm glad to have it, as that hasn't been true in past years!
