as there is ZERO oversight on that aspect.
I quit Nuance last year.
Nuance purchased the medium-sized firm I worked for. We always knew the chain of command at that company, so if managers disappeared or did not do their jobs, we could easily go to THEIR manager.
That abiilty stopped when Nuance bought the company. We had no idea where to go if our managers didn't do their jobs or disappeared during the day. Often they'd be logged in on Spark but would never respond to IMs or emails.
So happy to be away from that hell hole.
