Are you surprised? They love to promptly deliver the bad stuff and keep you hanging without any good explanation for their actions but when it comes to something beneficial that you really need to know so you can pick up the pieces and move on especially after just putting everyone through hell, they are nowhere to be found causing everyone more undue stress. I sure hope those in MModal crack their whip and put them in line and show them how it’s done. So typical of AHD. SMH.
