I actually had one a few weeks ago that wouldn't let me do a reversal. A message came up that it was too late to ask for a reversal. I had edited the file during the previous pay week, but it was audited the day before i got notice of it within the current pay week. Ticked me off, but it was only for .25 points so I didn't push the matter.
