I was with TTS BC (Before Cyberattack). My experience with them actually wasn't bad until near the end, when they switched me to a crap account. When the switch was made they told me that yes, the rate per line was less, but I would be able to get more lines per hour, they didn't want my paycheck to drop, etc. Unfortunately, there was no way I could get even the same lines, never mind more, and my pay took about a 25% hit. So I was already looking elsewhere, the Nuance fiasco just kicked me into panic mode.
