Reports look junky to me nowadays. I prefer to be understood when I write something, not a secondhand version of cell phone texting. Maybe that will be allowed next -- emoticons in a report showing when the doctor burped, chewed, coughed, sneezed or cut the cheese. We must be verbatim!!
