At my last job we were not paid for "do-overs" as there was no way for the system to give you credit for it. So, if a report was screwed up by some newb or bad MT it came up in your queue and you were expected to clean it up.
I finally stopped doing it and started sending them to the boss for HER to fix. However, even that was timeconsuming and took time away from making lines.
Plus we had docs who would complain into the mic -- instead of calling the boss -- about mistakes in reports so it would come up in the dictation. MORE time wasted and lines lost.
I hate working with lousy MT coworkers! Give me good ones to work with any day.
