If the company is NOT hiring, does not need people, why do they want to be overloaded with resumes they dont want, dont need, and did not ask for?

I dont know why that's so difficult for some people to understand.

As well as the same story every time - that what's considered good by one person may not be for another. That as well seems to be quite difficult to understand.

This seen on another board recently.
