You need to do more research. The company I was working for lost a huge university account, all the dictation from the 3 hospitals and doctors' clinics. Thousands of jobs a day. They lost it to Dragon. Another company I worked for lost a huge radiology account to PowerScribe.

The human interface? The doctors themselves. Administration gives them no choice and many doctors actually prefer it.

You might also want to remember the honey and vinegar thingy when trying to sell your ideas...
