I believe the trend for MTs will be back in-office - soon

I believe the MTSOs will collapse because they're nothing but a middleman. Clients can hire an excellent and loyal MT for what they're paying the MTSOs now, especially when the MTSO is outsourcing, as in the case of Nuance.

I believe the trend will turn back toward clients hiring MTs. They may be hired as scribes or medical documentation specialists and will need more than transcription skills now, but I believe that day is coming soon.

The outsource trend is going to implode.
