Check out the link I posted below. This is the owner of Encore. She does not have a good history when it comes to paying her employees/ICs and was even in legal trouble and facing criminal charges a couple of years ago as a result of a bogus/fraudulent check case. She also had several civil cases filed against her. She then later filed for bankruptcy. She apparently owns (or owned) multiple different businesses. I would highly recommend steering clear of this woman. She cannot be trusted one bit and is bad news.
